Established in 1764, the land spans more than 2,000 acres and includes one of Granville County’s highest elevations, known as Daniel’s Mountain—a landmark that has shaped the area’s identity for generations.
Now part of the Muhle Farmland Network, Tranquility Estate blends rich North Carolina history with thoughtfully restored spaces designed for modern celebrations. The estate features the beautifully preserved plantation homeplace, manicured lawns and gardens, and the Mountain Terrace Pavilion, offering sweeping views and timeless Southern elegance for weddings, gatherings, and special occasions.
